Dalam rangka menjamin keamanan dan kualitas data, Badan Informasi Geospasial sebagai Wali Data memiliki wewenang untuk menetapkan beberapa syarat dan ketentuan yang harus disetujui oleh pengguna data. Kami berharap pernyataan tersebut dapat dibaca dengan seksama dan menyeluruh. Dengan memberikan centang di bagian akhir dokumen ini berarti anda telah menyetujui dan menyepakati secara keseluruhan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.

In order to guarantee the safety and the quality of data, Geospatial Information Agency as the Data Trustee has the authority to set a number of terms and conditions that must be agreed by the data user. We hope that the statement can be read carefully and thoroughly. Check that you provide by the end of the statement means the overall terms and conditions that apply have been agreed.

1. Pastikan data diri diisi dengan benar sesuai dengan dokumen dan keadaan sebenarnya.

1. Make sure your data is filled in correctly in accordance with the documents and the actual situation.

2. Seluruh produk SRGI hanya bisa didapatkan secara langsung melalui website SRGI (srgi.big.go.id) atau melalui pelayanan surat elektronik Badan Informasi Geospasial (info@big.go.id) untuk produk yang tidak tersedia di website. Hal ini bertujuan agar setiap data yang digunakan oleh pengguna dapat dicatat dan direkam oleh sistem sebagai bentuk monitoring keamanan data.

2. SRGI products can only be obtained directly from the SRGI website (srgi.big.go.id) or via Geospatial Information Agency's e-mail service (info@big.go.id) if the products needed are not available on the website. This procedure aims to assure that any data used by users can be properly recorded by our system as a form of data security monitoring.

3. Produk SRGI yang telah diperoleh pengguna tidak boleh dibagikan kepada pihak ketiga termasuk memperjual-belikan data tanpa seijin Badan Informasi Geospasial.

3. SRGI products obtained by user may not be shared with third parties, including trading data without the permission of the Geospatial Information Agency.

4. Tidak diperkenankan untuk melakukan perubahan ataupun manipulasi data yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung kepada Badan Informasi Geospasial ataupun pihak lainnya.

4. It is not permissible to make changes or manipulations of data that can result in direct or indirect losses to the Geospatial Information Agency or other parties.

5. Dalam setiap publikasi ataupun laporan yang menggunakan produk SRGI harus mensitasikan atau menyebutkan “Badan Informasi Geospasial”.

5. Every publication or report that uses SRGI products must certify or mention "Geospatial Information Agency".

6. Badan Informasi Geospasial tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala kerusakan atau kerugian dalam bentuk apapun baik secara langsung atau tidak langsung, sanksi atau pidana, khusus atau konsekuensial, yang timbul akibat dari penggunaan data oleh pengguna.

6. Geospatial Information Agency is not responsible for any damage or loss in any form, directly or indirectly, sanctions or criminal, special or consequential, arising from the use of data by users.

7. Badan Informasi Geospasial berwenang untuk melakukan tindakan berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku jika ditemukan penyelewangan terhadap penggunaan data.

7. The Geospatial Information Agency has the authority to take action based on the applicable law if any form of data misuse is found.

In order to warrant the security and quality of data, Geospatial Information Agency has the authority to set terms and conditions that must be agreed by user. We hope that these statements below are read carefully and thoroughly. The checklist that you give indicates that you are agree to the overall terms and conditions that apply.

• 1. Make sure your data is filled correctly according to the document and actual condition.
• 2. Any user who needs the Indonesian Geoid data is only allowed to get it directly from SRGI website or email service of the Geospatial Information Agency/BIG (info@big.go.id). It aims to allow any data used can be recorded by the SRGI system as a form of data security monitoring.
• 3. The Indonesian Geoid data must not be shared and traded with a third party without the permission of the Geospatial Information Agency/BIG.
• 4. Users are not allowed to make changes or manipulate the Indonesian Geoid data that can cause harm either directly or indirectly to the Geospatial Information Agency/BIG or other parties.
• 5. It is required to reference the "Geospatial Information Agency/BIG" in each publication or report using the Indonesian Geoid data.
• 6. The Geospatial Information Agency is not responsible for any damages or losses of any kind either directly or indirectly, sanctioned or criminal, also special or consequential resulting from the data used by users.
• 7. The Geospatial Information Agency is authorized to take action based on law if it is found abuse to be a misappropriation of the Indonesian Geoid data usage.
