Ina-CORS team & GNSS processing team. Bidadari island, 2019

GNSS data processing at BIG done by the Geodynamic division of the Center of Geodesy and Geodynamic Control Network. Data processing is done in two categories, namely: 1. Daily post-processing. This processing is carried out on GNSS continuous data, both CORS and offline GNSS data, as well as campaign data. The purpose of daily post-processing is to determine SRGI (the Indonesia Geospatial Reference System), maintenance of the national reference frame, deformation modeling, crustal deformation monitoring, geodynamic studies, and atmospheric science. 2. Real-time GNSS processing. The real-time GNSS processing aims to monitor the position of the station every second and to support the Indonesia Tsunami Early Warning System (Ina-TEWS). The software used in daily post-processing is GAMIT/GLOBK, and real-time processing is RTPPP software which is developed by GFZ in Early Warning and Rapid Impact Assessment (EWRICA) project in the Mediterranean sea.

Management of all permanent GNSS stations at BIG, either CORS or continuous GNSS offline mode, is carried out by the operational team of Indonesian Continuously Operating Reference Station (Ina-CORS). The RT-GNSS data processing and daily post-processing are carried out by the center of GNSS data processing at Center of Geodesy and Geodynamic Control Network.
